AOL starts when I connect to Hawk Communications
 
  1. Click on the Windows Start button.
  2. Point to Settings and click on Control Panel.
  1. Double-click the Internet Options icon.
  1. Select the Programs tab.
  2. Change the E-mail and Newsgroups options back to the mail client that you wish to use.
  3. Optional: Check the box next to Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser.
  4. Click OK.
  1. Optional: Click the box next to Also reset my home page.
  2. Click Yes.
  1. Click OK.
  2. Retry the Hawk Communications connection.
NOTICE! You may be prompted to start AOL when you use your Hawk Communications connection to access the Internet. The following window will appear:



    Click No to close the window above.

To stop the prompt from reappearing every time you use Hawk Communications , complete the following instructions:
  1. Locate the AOL tray icon in the system tray, which is in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.

  2. Right-click on the AOL tray icon.
  3. From the menu that appears, select Auto Start Options.
  4. The following window will appear:
  1. Check the circle next to Don't use any Auto Start options.
  2. Click OK to exit.
