How do I set up & manage Domain POP3 accounts

1-The logon window:

Enter the user id:  name@domainname & password

2- The Menu window:

   At the menu window you can:

-         Create users  (your pop3 accounts)

-         Create Alias

-         Change & modify your personal setting

-         Create forwarding rules

-         Manage your mailbox.

 -      User Administration- To create email accounts:

 Alias Administration- create alias:

Note: Do not create an alias or mailbox with the same name as one of your users! (user administration).

In order to get any email to your domain – create the alias “nobody” & point it to your email address.

The settings in your E-mail program should be:

incoming mail server:  mail.yourDomainName

Outgoing Mail Server:  your ISP outgoing mail server. (if it's HAWK- smtp2.aaahawk.com)

Login Account: user@domainName
