Is domain registration included in your plans? - Only if you sign up for plan B/C for 24 months. We will register the domain for you but the domain name will be under Hawk. *note- before you sign up make sure the domain name is available. You can check it at: http://www.netsol.com/cgi-bin/whois/whois .

How many POP3 Accounts can I have? - Depend on which plan you sign up for: Plan A - 5 Accounts Plan B - 10 " Plan C - 20 "
What are the settings for the incoming mail & outgoing mail? - Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.yourDomainName Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp2.aaahawk.com *If hawk isn't your ISP, you can't use smtp2.aaahawk.com. You will have to use your ISP outgoing mail server.
I am unable to get into my email account via your website. I'm getting a logon failure message when I enter my username and password - this problem can happen if: Your computer is connected to a local network behind Firewall or Proxy server. You are using AOL

How can I set a "catch all" email address (willd card)? - Login to your mail server at http://mail.YourDomainName as the administrator. At the Alias administration create an alias name: "nobody" & set the "Destination" to your mailbox.
Does the web hosting plan include the ability to have a secure pages? - In order to buy SSL we need either a Dun & Bradstreet Number or Corporation papers. We also need the Who-Is on the domain to match the address in the Dun & Bradstreet Number or Corporation papers. If you like to do it another way. We can give you the CSR and you apply for a certificate on your own.

My website is hosted at hawk communications. I have uploaded a file but it didn't load(not found) - Make sure that you upload the files to the site root. For More Info about uploading to the Linux server please * the name of the file for the home page must be index.html.
"... Blocking call cancelled ....connection failed" or The connection is constantly timing out and it takes forever to connect - In your FTP program, Uncheck "use passive mode transfer" (*Tip: in WS_FTP it is in options- session )
- Make sure your settings are correct. next verify that your domain is already pointing to Hawk’s DNS servers. To verify that go to: http://www.netsol.com/cgi-bin/whois/whois & enter your domain name. Under “Domain servers in listed order:” should be hawks DNS servers: NS1.AAAHAWK.COM NS2.AAAHAWK.COM Now check when “the Database last updated on” cause it It takes three to four business days for a domain record to update. Until your domain record is updated you will not be able to access your site by URL name. Or receive emails to your domain name email address (@yourdomainname) . If everything look fine, please contact us webhosting@hawkaccess.com.
I can’t access my site by URL or FTP - make sure that you got the right settings your account is active (not a billing issue) your domain registration not expired & that it is still pointing to Hawk’s DNS servers.
How do I go about renewing my domain name? - you will have to contact the company that register your domain. Hawk only registers new domain names or renew the ones that we registered.
